from the first concept and script to characters, scenes, images, animation,

My aim is not simply to generate AI videos.
My aim is to learn how to become a better filmmaker and storyteller with AI

AI video gives a creator the freedom to experiment with many different visual

The purpose is to experiment, discover what works, learn from mistakes, and
gradually develop a recognizable creative style.
From an Idea to a Video
One of the things I find most interesting about AI filmmaking is the journey
between an idea and the finished video.
A simple story idea can lead to questions such as:
What should the audience see?
Where should the scene take place?
Who are the characters?
How should the camera move?
What should happen before and after the shot?
How should light, weather, atmosphere and sound support the story?
These questions turn AI video creation into much more than prompting a
machine.
They require
storytelling, visual imagination, filmmaking decisions and
experimentation.
That is the process I want to explore here.
A Portfolio That Grows With the Journey
Creatornib.com is starting small.
At present, this is the first and only post on the blog. But
that is intentional.
I want this site to grow alongside my work.
As I create more projects, this portfolio will gradually become a record of
what I have made, what I have learned, the different visual styles I have
explored, and the creative possibilities I have discovered.
Some projects may be polished.
Some may be experiments.
Some may succeed.
Others may teach me what not to do.
All of them are part of the journey.
AI Is the Tool — Storytelling Is the Goal
There is a great deal of excitement around AI-generated video, and the
technology is developing rapidly.
But technology alone does not make an interesting film.
A good video still needs an idea, a reason to watch, interesting characters or
situations, visual choices, pacing, emotion and a satisfying experience for
the viewer.
So my focus here is on learning to combine
human creativity with AI capabilities.
I want to understand not only what AI can generate, but also
how a creator can direct it.
Beyond the Blog
The journey will not be limited to this website.
I am also developing YouTube video channels where the ideas
and finished creations can become actual videos for audiences to watch.
The blog will provide a place to present the wider creative journey, while
YouTube provides the opportunity to turn those ideas into finished viewing
experiences.
Over time, I hope these two parts of the project will complement each other:
Blog → Ideas, experiments, projects and portfolio
YouTube → Finished videos and stories
The Journey Ahead
There is still a lot to learn.
AI filmmaking involves constantly changing tools and techniques, and there is
no single formula for creating something worthwhile.
That is part of what makes it exciting.
I want to keep experimenting with stories, animation, realistic visuals,
cinematography, characters, environments, camera movement, sound and editing —
while continually improving the ability to think like a filmmaker.
